Conditions for obtaining a refund for eligible products and/or how to proceed to request a return

The following are the general conditions of sale of Cosplaymood.com, a website and brand owned by 7 Rainbows di Lotito Vincenza with registered office in Via L.V. Beethoven, 5/1, Prato, VAT number 02479960979, REA number PO - 539664.

To produce the goods ordered, payment must be made in advance. Subsequently, Cosplaymood.com will provide the delivery time of the product or products. Shipping costs €5, but will be free for orders over €149.

Right of Withdrawal

Based on article 59 of Legislative Decree 205/2006, the category of cosplay costumes, cosplay armor and cosplay accessories does not have the right of withdrawal as the products are made to measure or personalized. However, Cosplaymood.com offers a special guarantee called HAKUNA MATATA.

HAKUNA MATATA is an insurance that protects consumers in case the production team of Cosplaymood.com makes an error in the measurements of the product or products . If the product does not comply with the measurements provided by the customer, Cosplaymood.com will redo the part or the entire product free of charge and will cover the shipping costs for its redelivery to the address indicated by the customer. In case of measurement error caused by the customer, Cosplaymood.com will offer the possibility to redo the part or the whole product at a discounted price compared to the standard price.

Effects of right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without needing to specify the reasons. The deadline for exercising this right expires 14 days after the customer or a third party designated by the same, other than the carrier, has taken physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate to Cosplaymood.com (with registered office in Via L.V. Beethoven 5/1 - 59100 Prato (PO), at the e-mail address cosplaymood@gmail.com or by telephone (349 6232739) your decision to withdraw from the contract, through a explicit declaration (e.g. letter sent by ordinary post or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form that will be provided, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If the customer withdraws from the contract, he will be refunded all payments made to Cosplaymood.com, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Cosplaymood.com), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise indicated by the customer. In any event, the customer will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the customer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back, if necessary.

The customer must return the goods or deliver them to Cosplaymood.com at the address indicated without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer. The customer is only responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

If the customer wishes to return the goods to Cosplaymood.com, assumes all responsibility for the shipment until it is received in the Cosplaymood.com warehouse. In case of damage to the goods during transport, Cosplaymood.com reserves the right to refuse the return of the package. The customer will be able to make up for the incident and the damage to the package with the shipping company to which he has entrusted.

 

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

a) The right can only be exercised for the entire product purchased.

b) The right does not apply to customized or customized products.
