The order is fully confirmed by Cosplaymood.com by sending an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address registered and communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the order number, the date, the payment method chosen and the summary of the product or products purchased. These data will be communicated and used for any other communication with Cosplaymood.com. It is specified that the e-mail will contain name, surname, shipping and / or billing address entered during the account registration phase by the customer who must verify its correctness and, in case of errors or subsequent changes, promptly notify customer service by Cosplaymood.com.

Cosplaymood.com reserves the right not to accept an order and, in this case, will promptly notify the customer via e-mail within 7 days from the date of order confirmation.
Cosplaymood.com can, in cases where goods are available in stock and they are not products to be produced by hand, accept orders within the limits of the quantities in stock, therefore the acceptance of the order is subject to the availability of the products in stock.
Cosplaymood.com will undertake to communicate to the customer as soon as possible any unforeseen exhaustion of products due to excessive demand and will try to quickly update the available quantities of products through its website.

In the event of an order for one or more products no longer available in stock or out of stock for other reasons, the customer can opt for three solutions:

1) You can ask to buy one or more items of a higher amount than the one purchased. In this case the customer will have to pay the difference between the price he paid for the canceled order and the higher price of the products purchased later.
2) He can ask to purchase one or more items of the same total amount of the order from him made.
In this case, the payment of the order made previously will be valid.

Refund requests or complaints will therefore not be taken into consideration if production times are longer than those desired by the customer.

Cosplaymood.com does not deliver to order or ensuring that the order is delivered within specific days. Any problems or inconveniences, requests for reimbursement if the order were delivered on days other than those that the customer would have liked, will not be attributable to Cosplaymood.com.

DELIVERY TIMES:
Cosplaymood.com mostly makes its own bespoke products and makes them by hand. Each of them has different production times that vary according to the complexity of the requested product, how many requests to be processed there are before the production of a new order.

Cosplaymood.com always communicates to the Customer the approximate times for the production of your order and constantly updates it, however the preparation and production times of an order are different from the times intended for the delivery of the same.

Once the product is finished and ready for delivery, the same will take place within 6-9 days and a tracking code of the package will also be provided so that the customer can monitor at any time where the shipment is.

WHAT TO DO ON RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE:

In order to make our service more and more efficient, please check the conditions of the packaging at the time of delivery.

Effects of withdrawal

If the Customer withdraws from this contract, he will be reimbursed for all payments he has made in our favor, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the type less expensive than standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
